Founded in 2016, Synchro Knights is a non-profit artistic swimming club in Malta that brings together athleticism, artistry, and teamwork in the water.

We welcome swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our youngest athletes start in the U6 and U8 groups, and our competitive squads progress through U10, U12, Youths, Juniors, and Seniors. Swimmers who would rather enjoy the sport without competing can join our Seeds group, where they learn artistic swimming for fun and fitness. We also run a Masters group for adults, as well as learn-to-swim classes.

Our coaching team is led by our Artistic & Technical Coordinator, Laura Marquez Urrego and . Alongside regular training, we hold intensive camps with international guest coaches, so our athletes learn from some of the best in the sport.

The club has grown significantly over the past two years, and more young athletes than ever want to join us. We are proud of that growth and committed to supporting every swimmer with the same care and quality.

Each year ends with two highlights. At our End of Summer Show, every athlete performs their routines for family and friends. At our annual Awards, we celebrate the athletes who best represent our core values: Respect, Pursuit of Excellence, Teamwork, and Healthy Living.

Synchro Knights is run entirely by volunteers: our President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and a dedicated team of Committee Members who give their time to keep the club thriving.
